This Privacy Policy explains what data Vidstra (operated by AutomateAfrica) collects when you use vidstra.app, and how it's used.
To generate your content, we send it to the following third-party AI providers. We don't control their data retention beyond what they publish, so review their own policies if you want detail on that:
Your uploaded photos, generated videos, and cloned voice models are stored on Cloudflare R2 (our file storage) and in our Postgres database (hosted on Railway), for as long as your account is active, so you can access your job history and reuse your cloned voice.
When you clone a voice, your sample recording is sent to ElevenLabs to create a reusable voice model, used only for generations you request under your account. We require your explicit confirmation that you have the right to use that voice before processing it.
We don't sell your data. We don't use your uploaded photos, scripts, or voice samples to train our own models. We don't share your content with anyone except the providers listed above, strictly to generate what you asked for.
You can request deletion of your account and associated content by emailing hello@vidstra.app. Note that a voice clone, once created with ElevenLabs, needs to be deleted on their platform as well — we'll handle that as part of your deletion request.
The Service isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
